One&Only, Hayman Island, Australia To renovate the One&Only property, Kerzner International Resorts called on the design team at DBI Design who looked to the hotel’s Great Barrier Reef setting for inspiration. F&B outlets were updated with indoor-outdoor elements, such as wood decking, stone floors, and exposed brick walls.

Sketch, London Paris-based architect and designer India Mahdavi chose a palette of playful pink and copper for the stylish bar-gallery-restaurant Sketch, which showcases rotating art exhibits in its main dining room gallery.
