The triple-height atrium features a bespoke lighting installation comprising pink and gray cables with circular bronze rings that traverses the space and connects the exposed brick walls.

The public space evokes the tropical retro qualities of Shanghai’s belle époque era with diagonal stripes wrapping the floors and walls in vibrant hues of blue, pink, green, and gray.

Equipped with shelving, artwork, and mirrors, a bronze structure wraps the atrium’s terrazzo perimeter.

All three levels are linked via a green spiral steel staircase clad in triangular pieces of oak wood with one side painted in hues of blue to create a gradient of tones.

Custom, handpainted wallpaper playfully references the building’s history as an opium factory with interweaving geometric patterns in pastel tones.

In addition to parlor-like vanities, bathroom walls are clad with pink and green custom printed tiles in intersecting lines and shapes.
