Israel-based developer Hagag Group officially entered the construction phase for the Port Tel Aviv. The project features 40 exclusive luxury apartments along with a 5-star hotel. Port Tel Aviv is housed within a new architectural icon inspired by the Cubist art of Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque and designed by architecture firm Ilan Pivko Architects.
The boutique hotel will take over the first two floors of the development and offer 44 rooms. The top seven floors feature the apartments with one to four-bedroom layouts, two mini-penthouses with private pools, and two five-bedroom penthouses with private rooftop decks and swimming pools. The development is modernist-inspired, fusing art and architecturethat evokes the design housed within.
Inkeeping with the building’s artistic Cubist façade, the double-height ground floor lobby at Port Tel Aviv will provide an ever-changing collection of works and exclusive pieces by contemporary Israeli artists. The boutique hotel is planned to include spacious lounge areas, a restaurant and cocktail bar spanning the entire depth of the building, and a second lounge/cocktail bar and cinema/conference center, complete with business meeting rooms and private dining rooms.
