Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to debut its Dream Hotels brand in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2025. The latest signing with Royal Investments, LLC marks the second Dream Hotel location for the developer, following the launch of Dream Nashville in 2019.
Designed by Miami-based CUBE3 architects with interiors by Josh Held and WATG, Dream Louisville will feature 168 guestrooms and suites, four original food and beverage concepts, including a signature restaurant, rooftop lounge, and 10,000 square feet of private meeting and event space.
Housed in the former Tapp Leather & Co. building, erected in 1888, Dream Louisville will celebrate the rich history and colorful pageantry of its hometown, breathing new life into the 19th century icon on Whiskey Row. Dream Louisville will comprise a combination of seven buildings located at 811-823 West Main Street, at the start of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail in downtown Louisville.
