Conneaut Leather, a U.S. manufacturer of upholstery leather based in Conneaut, Ohio has acquired the sister companies Cortina Leathers and DMS Leathers.
Elayne and Meryl Siegman will remain in critical roles leading the A&D and Aviation businesses for the combined company.
