Carol Duke has been named DLR Group’s newest principal, helming the national business development and strategy sector for the firm’s Cultural + Performing Arts Studio. Duke, who is based in Washington, DC, brings forth nearly 30 years of business development experience and design expertise.
“We are excited to welcome Carol to the firm,” says DLR Group senior principal Paul Westlake. “Her connections run deep in the industry, and I’m confident she’ll immediately begin working with institutions, communities, and clients to achieve their facility dreams.”
“I love both the arts and architecture,” Duke adds. “When I travel, including for work, I visit museums, theaters, college campuses, and tour the best buildings—new and old—that define a local community. I also love to discuss architecture with design teams, clients, and anyone who will listen.”
