No edgebanding, primer, or topcoat is required and no waiting for paint to dry between layers. From an operational standpoint, labor costs are significantly reduced and productivity increases. What was typically finished in days takes only 20 minutes with powdercoating.
A variety of gloss, texture, and special effect finishes are available with powdercoating. Custom color matching is also available to any color standard including RAL, Pantone, laminate, liquid paint, or a customer’s supplied sample.
