Denver-based Hospitality Purchasing Consultants (HPC) has appointed Steven Angelier to join founder William McBain as partner.
Angelier will primarily lead the strategic direction and operations of HPC, a global FF&E and OS&E purchasing firm.
“I am very excited to welcome Steve as my partner,” says McBain, who founded the company in 2006. “He is strongly committed to the experience of all the stakeholders: clients, vendors, employees, and the community. He has proven himself to be an excellent leader throughout his career. With HPC’s strong growth in purchasing for apartment, corporate housing, churches, hotels, restaurants, senior living, and student housing, this is a perfect time to bring Steve aboard.”
Adds Angelier: “I am honored to be joining HPC as Bill’s partner, and look forward to helping further enhance the level of service HPC provides to its clients.”
With experience in healthcare, telecom, and financial services, Angelier most recently served as executive vice president and GM of hospitality purchasing company Benjamin West from 2008 to 2015, and as chief financial officer of the company from 2008 to 2012.
Angelier earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
