Ware Malcomb has announced that Niki Ward has been promoted from senior project designer to the role of studio manager of interior architecture and design. Ward, who joined the firm in 2015, will operate out of the firm’s Phoenix office where she will focus on business development, managing key accounts, and the growth of the interiors studios.
“With her unique experience in brokerage and construction, Niki has a proven ability to service all types of clients,” says Kevin Evernham, regional director of Ware Malcomb’s Phoenix office. “In a short time, Niki has made significant inroads into new market sectors and added key team members to Ware Malcomb’s Phoenix interiors group.”
Ward graduated from Harrison Design in Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She previously worked for McCarthy Nordburg for 13 years as an interior architect and project manager, and then moved to Colliers International as a marketing coordinator. Prior to joining Ware Malcomb, she worked in business development for RJM Construction.
