OLS Hotels and Resorts is preparing to debut the $8 million renovation of the Grafton on Sunset, located on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, this month.
Locally based Forchielli Glynn’s transformation of the hotel includes the exterior, public spaces, Oliver’s Prime restaurant, Bar 20, a lounge, and all 108 guestrooms and five suites. The property’s new aesthetic takes inspiration from its surroundings and includes Hollywood-chic decor and contemporary furnishings and finishes.
Rooms will showcase a mix of leather and metal finishes paired with a color palette of gray and cream hues with red accents.
Adjacent to the hotel lobby, the Oliver’s Prime steakhouse takes inspiration from old Hollywood glamour and will be headed by chef Greg Elkin. Bar 20 will feature a guitar-inspired lounge.
Amenities will include the Sunset Strip’s largest saltwater outdoor pool, a fitness center, business center, and multiple F&B outlets.
