Hilton and NABNI Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer, have announced plans for Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Upon completion in 2028, the property will be the first-ever standalone Waldorf Astoria residential address outside of the U.S.
Situated on a 65,000-square-foot plot, the branded residences will blend design by Carlos Ott Architects and interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) with the signature luxury experience expected of the Waldorf Astoria brand.
