The aptly named Italian concept Bar Campari has debuted in Vienna, Austria, conceived by the Milan-based architect Matteo Thun of the Matteo Thun & Partners. Artfully reflecting the spirit of lively Italian bars and cafés, its interiors are crafted through its immersive palette of red, black, and white, and adorned with details inspired by the strong graphics futurist painter Fortunato Depero has designed for the Campari brand since 1920s.
The two-story, indoor-outdoor venue is lined with elongated mirrors alongside decorative lighting which exude warmth and glow, while polywood parquet flooring spans the space in harmony with a wood-paneled bar with brass details. The new bar is also home to an event space located on its mezzanine floor.
