Brooklyn-based design firm Only If has completed the newest retail location for City of Saints Coffee Roasters at the threshold of Bryan Park in Manhattan. The company’s fourth outpost marks the first collaboration between Only If and City of Saints.
Seafoam tones, a nod to the brand’s signature palette, show up in translucent fiberglass, quartzite countertops, suede upholstery, and epoxy paint. Gray rubber floors also stretch across the interior along with mirrors and custom stainless steel handrails and hardware. An elevated, central island clad with fiberglass serves as the main coffee service hub, shaped to inform customer choreography. The back room is anchored by a communal banquette that spans the entire perimeter of the space. Lighting and materiality infuse a sense of calm across the rear room, which is equipped with loose tables for working or meetings.
