Hove, England-based studio DesignLSM has unveiled its design of new British-centric brasserie Mustard. Located in London’s Brook Green neighborhood, the restaurant is the latest concept from restaurateurs Lawrence Hartley, Tim Healy, and chef Jason Wild.
A classic, refined interior immerses diners into the setting inspired by the property’s previous life as a Victorian grocery shop, where original highland thistle wall tiles have been preserved and bespoke wood paneling exposed. Honoring its namesake, the all-day restaurant stands out with bold mustard-toned leather upholstery that harmonizes with its brass-topped bar and hand drawn botanical artwork that infuses the space with warmth.
DesignLSM’s branding team also crafted Mustard’s name and logo to embody a wholly unique brasserie identity.
