Chicago’s bustling Wicker Park neighborhood has welcomed the arrival of DOX Quality Greek, a new Mediterranean dining concept. Crafted by Athens, Greece-based design firm K-Studio, the 1,800-square-foot space comprises furniture, fixtures, order windows, and more within a white, 3D tartan grid. DOX Quality Greek is the latest dining experience to join the portfolio of fast casual eateries under the GRK Greek Kitchen banner.
The understated material palette of wooden slats, white terrazzo floors, white tiling, and blue fabrics conveys a laidback attitude. Naturally sunlit through its glass façade, the interior accommodates approximately 45 diners across several communal wood tables as well as bleacher seating inspired by Spanish steps.
