Los Angeles-based Houston Hospitality has announced that it will spearhead the launch of On the Record, a new nightlife concept within the Park MGM in Las Vegas. Poised for an opening on New Year’s Eve, the new nightclub will serve as the company’s first project outside of LA.
Located off the main casino floor across from the Park Theater, the 11,000-square-foot venue will reflect the brand’s modern speakeasy-style atmosphere. Comprising three rooms, the indoor-outdoor, design-driven concept will become the largest concept in the brand’s portfolio.
“We have wanted to bring a concept to Las Vegas for years, and Park MGM presented the perfect opportunity with this partnership and space,” Houston Hospitality cofounders Jonnie and Mark Houston said in a statement. “OTR will be the biggest project in our portfolio, and we are honored to be in the company of the resort’s next-level food and beverage and entertainment offerings.”
