Chef Marcus Samuelsson has unveiled a new seasonal pop-up concept atop the EnVue, an Autograph Collection hotel by Marriott, in Weehawken, New Jersey. Spread across 15,000 square feet, Marcus at NoHu is an apt F&B solution to social distancing set against the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline. The chic, seasonal rooftop venue was conceived by Roseland Residential Trust, a subsidiary of Mack Cali Real Estate.
“Right now, being able to have a great meal outside in a beautiful setting with incredible views is needed more than ever, which is what made this opportunity one I couldn’t pass up,” Samuelsson says. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the chef has converted a handful of his restaurants in New York and New Jersey into community kitchens in partnership with World Central Kitchen.
