The fourth outpost of Japanese concept Kento Sushi Shop has debuted in Valencia, Spain. Crafted by the locally based studio, Masquespacio, which has also previously designed two locations of the eatery, the new space accommodates the largest seat count of the brand.
More minimalist than its predecessors, the nearly 970 square feet space features metallic green accents in tandem with notes of gold, contrasting the overall restrained aesthetic. Gray mosaic floors are installed beneath wood ceilings, recalling traditional roadside Japanese food stands. Bamboo-like wood is applied in semicircular strips to further emphasize the roots of the brand, while offsetting industrial materials.
