Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has added a new restaurant to its F&B lineup as part of a refresh led by AB Concept. Italian concept Noi comprises two key zones—a 22-seat dining room and a casual lounge area and wine bar—that each fuse Italian and Argentinian influences.
“Our vision for Noi was to create a fun fine dining experience that suits the vibrant city scene and celebrates chef Paulo Airaudo’s philosophy,” says AB Concept cofounder Ed Ng. “We are taking diners on an adventure that is both unique and authentic by sharing playful experiences of the chef and his heritage. The concept is contemporary Italian so guests can expect to see a palette of the finest materials, quality bespoke furniture, and carpentry throughout to reflect this.”
Guests arrive via a foyer outfitted with navy tones and carpet animated by graphic projections inspired by chef Airaudo’s vintage tattoos. The dining room adopts an Italian silhouette with Japanese infill, accented by Renaissance-style moldings and a rich materiality of bronze, dark timber, leather, ripped glass, and silver travertine. Immersive blue hues also compose the backdrop for AB Concept’s Viola chairs and curved banquette seating that overlooks an open kitchen clad with Japanese tiles.
Bamboo screens layer the atmosphere and partition the dining room from the lounge area, which is dubbed the Doodle Garden. A pair of private dining rooms evoke an artsy flair with Pop Art-inspired details and colorways as well.
AB Concept also designed the eye-catching Argo cocktail bar at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.
