Martha Stewart has expanded her global lifestyle empire with the launch of a restaurant. The Bedford by Martha Stewart at the Paris Las Vegas offers a warm and intimate counterpoint to the glitz of Sin City dining.
“I am so thrilled to open the doors to the Bedford at Paris Las Vegas, my first-ever restaurant,” Stewart says. “We have worked tirelessly to bring my farmhouse in Bedford, New York to life in Las Vegas, and I think visitors will be enchanted by what we have come up with. These are the same dishes that I serve to family and friends in my own home.”
Stewart herself oversaw the design of the inviting 194-seat culinary destination, which was crafted to immerse diners in an experience similar to how she lives and entertains at home. The restaurant, which serves French-inspired cuisine, draws inspiration from Stewart’s 1925 country farmhouse in Bedford, New York and includes an accurate replica of her faux-bois dining room as well.
A neutral, subtle color palette composes an apt backdrop for thoughtfully appointed décor and ornate furniture. The kitchen is outfitted with white marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and gray wooden cabinets accented by hanging copper pans sourced from one of Stewart’s collections.
