Ennismore and Tilal Real Estate are set to introduce the 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar, a vibrant addition to Saudi Arabia’s Heart of Khobar mixed-use development currently underway by WATG‘s London studio.
The 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar will house 170 guestrooms and suites, as well as 80 serviced apartments for extended stays.
True to 25hours’ mantra, “you know one, you know none,” the property will feature original art and eccentric props that infuse humor and storytelling into the guest experience.
Guests can expect a host of amenities and experiences, including a pool, gym, multiple dining options, and the “analogue circus,” which will offer nostalgic throwbacks like typewriters, Polaroids, and vinyl records delivered directly to guestrooms.
Working From_’s Saudi debut
The property will also mark the debut of Working From_, Ennismore’s coworking concept, in Saudi Arabia.
Spanning 21,500 square feet, the members-only workspace will boast cozy kitchen-style pantries, desks, and offices. Members’ perks will include complimentary meeting rooms, printing, and lunch desk delivery, in addition to exclusive hotel privileges, such as discounted stays and F&B offerings.
The launch of 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar is part of Ennismore’s growing Saudi pipeline, which includes 25hours and Morgans Originals in Trojena, Mondrian Hotel and Residences in Riyadh’s Al Malga Urban Village, SLS Hotel and Residences in Jeddah and the Red Sea, and SO/ Hotel and Residences in Jeddah’s Tahlia project.
