AC Hotels by Marriott has opened its third U.S. property, the AC Hotel Washington, DC at National Harbor.
Owned by Ryman Hospitality Properties and designed by Virginia-based Baskervill, the eight-story hotel features 192 rooms and six suites, all inspired by the harbor. Clean lines and a neutral palette are emphasized with simple contemporary décor. The lobby includes a large rope wall and nautical references to the harbor’s docked boats.

The hotel is positioned near retail shops, golf clubs, National Harbor, Mount Vernon, the Smithsonian, and the International Spy Museum.
Amenities include 3,700 square feet of meeting space divided amongst three rooms, the AC Lounge bar, the European-inspired AC Kitchen restaurant, and a fitness center.
