Almare, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort has opened its doors on Isla Mujeres in Mexico.
This adults-only escape, which marks the first all-inclusive offering in Mexico from Marriott’s Luxury Collection brand, features 109 spacious suites, six dining options, an oceanfront pool, and a spa.
The resort’s design, which leans heavily on natural materials, was ideated by AB Living and executed by Design Positif.
The Almare experience
The guest journey begins at Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina, where guests embark on a scenic 20-minute boat ride to the island.
Almare was crafted to reflect the natural beauty of Isla Mujeres, using natural materials that marry refined luxury with the island’s rich landscape.
Accommodations offer privacy and comfort, each boasting a private balcony overlooking the ocean, mangroves, or resort grounds.
Onsite F&B options span six distinct concepts, from the seafood-focused BOGA to the Seasalt Rooftop and casual Botanik café, along with the AlVento Beach Club and food truck AlPaso.
Amenities include an oceanfront pool and two whirlpools, as well as Alma Spa, an upscale wellness retreat complete with a fitness center, steam room, sauna, salt room, hydrotherapy pools, and treatment rooms.
