Aman is set to debut Aman Singapore—spanning a hotel, branded residences, and private members club—within Skywaters, the city-state’s tallest new skyscraper.
Construction underway for Aman Singapore
The development is led by a consortium spearheaded by Perennial Holdings Private Limited, with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) overseeing the architectural design of the landmark tower, which will rise from an island site at the convergence of Singapore’s Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the forthcoming Greater Southern Waterfront development.
For the interiors, Aman once again turns to its long-time collaborators Kerry Hill Architects, which will craft serene and understated spaces that reflect the brand’s philosophy.
The project will include a floor of expansive hotel suites—among the largest in the city—designed to capture sweeping views of both the metropolis and the South China Sea. It will also introduce an exclusive Aman Club, reserved for invite-only members, alongside an Aman Spa that comprises an entire floor and an infinity-edged pool.
Culinary offerings will highlight a variety of international cuisines, complemented by several of Aman’s signature dining concepts.
The branded residences will extend the Aman lifestyle into private living, with homes ranging from one to five bedrooms, all framed by views of Singapore’s skyline and lush green corridors.
