Ananatara Hotels, Resorts & Spas has announced its arrival in South America with the opening of the Anantara Maraú Bahia Resort in Brazil. The luxurious property is expected to debut in northeastern Brazil in mid-2018 beside the Bay of Camamu on the Maraú Peninsula.
The resort will feature a natural design that reflects local traditions, while also blending seamlessly with onsite landscaped gardens. Thirty opulent rooms will launch upon opening with additional accommodations planned following an expansion. New guestrooms, suites, and bungalows will maximize their beachfront and garden settings, and a select few will be equipped with a private pool. Amenities will include an expansive swimming pool and deck appointed with loungers, a fitness center, tennis court, beach volleyball court, and an array of F&B venues.
