This fall, Atlantis, Paradise Island resort plans to open Estiatorio Milos, a Greek-influenced Mediterranean restaurant that currently has six locations worldwide.
Beginning summer, New York-based Jeffrey Beers International will collaborate with Atlantis and Milos executive chef and owner Costas Spiliadis to conceive the eatery’s interiors.
“Milos is known for its simple yet inspiring presentation of seafood, and there is no better home than Atlantis for this very unique and fresh dining experience,” says Paul Burke, president and managing director of Atlantis.
The resort’s F&B program currently includes more than 21 restaurants and 19 bars and lounges, including Nobu, Todd English’s Olives, and Jean-Georges’ Café Martinique.
