Best Western has announced the development of four new-build hotels in Thailand, the company’s largest multi-hotel agreement in its 70-year history. Three of the four new projects with Thai developer AD Houses Co. Ltd. will be the largest of the brand’s hotel and resort locations.
The properties in development are the 500-room Best Western Plus AD Wongamart Pattaya; the 1,400-room Best Western Plus AD the Grand Jomtien Beach Pattaya; the 1,200-room Best Western Plus AD Bang Saray Lake and Resort; and the Best Western Plus AD Hua Hin Lake and Resort, which houses 1,050 guestrooms.
Best Western also announced additional plans in Thailand for two new Vīb hotels, the brand’s contemporary boutique concept. They are slated to open in Bangkok in 2017 and 2018.
