Cambria Hotels & Suites has opened in New York, Choice Hotels International’s first property in the city. The hotel is owned by While We Care Trading Co. and will be operated by Concord Hospitality.
The 135-room Cambria Hotel & Suites New York is situated in Chelsea’s Flower District within walking distance of Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Macy’s Herald Square, the Empire State Building, and Times Square.
“We’re thrilled to introduce the Cambria brand to business and leisure travelers visiting the Big Apple,” says Steve Joyce, president and CEO of Choice Hotels. “With companies like Google, Goldman Sachs, Spotify, and American Express nearby, we are able to give travelers something that is often hard to find in New York—stylish, affordable lodging with upscale service.”
Amenities include the Social Circle Bistro Restaurant, a business center, and meeting and event space.
A second New York City Cambria is expected for this fall in Times Square.
