Choice Hotels International is planning to develop a new Cambria hotel & suites location in Orlando, Florida.
“We continue to experience strong momentum in bringing the Cambria hotels & suites experience to new business and leisure travelers, and we’re excited to announce our new hotel in Orlando,” says Michael Murphy, senior vice president of upscale brands at Choice Hotels International.
The 140-room property will be developed in collaboration with Cambria franchise partner Nevada Coal and Grain, led by Matthew Gillio and Don Fuller.
Located one mile from the Orange County Convention Center, the hotel will also be within walking distance of three SeaWorld them parks and other Orlando attractions.
As with all Cambria branded properties, the hotel will feature an expansive lobby area and oversized rooms. Guests will also have access to more than 2,000 square feet of meeting and reception space, a fitness center, and a pool.
The property is slated for completion in 2017.
