Lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore is ushering the Delano brand into its next chapter, with the announcement of Delano SoHo New York and Delano London, alongside the 2026 reopening of Delano Miami Beach.
The evolution follows Ennismore’s strategic partnership with Cain, which acquired a minority stake in Delano in 2024, and the appointment of Ben Pundole as chief brand officer.
Delano Miami Beach

The South Beach icon will return early next year with a reimagined identity that pays tribute to Miami’s creative pulse and its Art Deco heritage, with a careful preservation of historical features.
The 171 guestrooms and suites—including Poolside Bungalows and Penthouse Suites—will be joined by four new restaurant and bar concepts (including a recreation of the beloved Rose Bar).
Delano SoHo New York

Set within the Hudson Square neighborhood and developed in partnership with Cain, Delano SoHo New York transforms the Dominick into a sophisticated social enclave.
The 46-story tower will house 390 guestrooms and suites defined by curved silhouettes, rich textures, and sculptural forms that balance serenity and dynamism. Expansive event spaces will crown the building, offering sweeping views of the city.
Delano London

Framed by a red brick and stucco façade, Delano London—developed with Signature Developers and DCD Properties—will debut in late 2026 near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
Organic forms and tactile surfaces throughout its interiors create a sense of discovery, from the fireplace-centered lobby lounge to the curated library and retail space that balances aristocratic grandeur with contemporary design. The 67 guestrooms and suites carry this narrative, embracing natural tones, sculptural detailing, and soft minimalism.
On the ground floor, Ennismore’s F&B Platform will introduce one of its signature restaurant brands to London for the first time. Below, the iconic Rose Bar will make its London debut in a discreet subterranean setting, where dusky, red-tinged lighting, sculptural textures, and low-slung velvet corners create an atmosphere of intimate allure.
