Dream Hotel Group has announced that it will partner with real estate investment group 18Main to launch its second hotel in Tennessee.
Set to open in downtown Memphis in 2022, the concept will be housed within a historic structure that will retain its original Art Moderne façade, which includes rounded corners, glass-block windows, and decorative motifs.
A striking art collection will be exhibited in the double-height lobby as well as other public spaces. In addition to 178 guestrooms, the new Tennessee spot will also include several F&B concepts.
