Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to launch the latest outpost of its luxury brand the Chatwal in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico in 2020. Overlooking the Laja River Valley, the Chatwal San Miguel will be designed by New York firm CallisonRTKL across 200 acres of French-imported vineyards.
The property will be located at the Vines in San Miguel de Allende with 44 freestanding villas and 125 branded residences. Amenities will include a spa, fitness center, and farm-to-table culinary concepts. The hotel follows on the heels of the company’s recent announcement to introduce three new Latin American locations to its portfolio with Unscripted Tulum, Unscripted Belize, and Dream Belize.
