Dream Hotel Group has revealed plans to add a hotel property in Louisville, Kentucky to its portfolio. Slated to open in 2025, the Dream Louisville will feature the boutique hotel brand’s signature combination of surrealism and a sense of contemporary chic with a design by Miami-based architecture firm CUBE 3 and Josh Held of WATG.
The company will also partner with the developers who realized the Dream Nashville in 2019. “Given the success of our partnership in Nashville, we jumped at the opportunity to work with Alex Marks and his talented team to introduce Dream Louisville as the new gem of Bourbon City,” says Dream Hotel Group CEO Jay Stein. “Louisville is one of the fastest growing markets in the country and a critical addition to our growing portfolio. We are proud to play a role in creating what will be one of the most spectacular rehabilitations in downtown Louisville.”
Dream Louisville will draw upon the local vernacular of late 19th-century Revivalism and Chicago School-style architecture. Amenities at the 168-room hotel will include a signature restaurant, rooftop lounge, and 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
