Ennismore continues to bolster its presence across the Americas with a slate of new signings and openings.
The global lifestyle hospitality company—whose regional pipeline now includes more than 70 properties—recently announced the launch of four new hotels in Mexico, the addition of the Balfour Miami Beach to its Morgans Originals collection, and its first project in Jamaica.
These developments build on recent milestones, including the introduction of six Rixos all-inclusive resorts in Mexico.
Brand debuts in Mexico
Marking a major expansion into Latin America, Ennismore will introduce four of its lifestyle brands to Mexico: Delano, Hyde, the Hoxton, and Mama Shelter.
Delano East Cape is set to open in Los Cabos in 2029 with 117 guestrooms and 60 branded residences. Designed as a beachfront retreat, the property will include five dining options, expansive wellness amenities, and event spaces.
In Mexico City, Hyde will debut later this year along Paseo de la Reforma. The 215-room hotel—anchored by the brand’s vibrant, music-forward ethos—will span two restaurants and bars, a wellness area, and flexible event spaces.
Also opening later this year is the 100-key Mama Shelter Mexico City, which is set to deliver the brand’s signature eclectic energy, expressive design, and lively F&B offerings to one of the city’s most trendy, culturally rich neighborhoods.
Meanwhile, the Hoxton Mexico City, slated for a 2028 debut, will feature 80 guestrooms, curated programming, and local art and retail experiences to the capital.
New Ennismore openings in the U.S. and Caribbean
The Balfour Miami Beach, an Art Deco hideaway in the South of Fifth district, has joined Ennismore’s Morgans Originals collection. The 82-key property features iconic 1940s architecture, rooftop pool decks, and dining concepts including Cleo and SoFi Coffee, designed to celebrate the intersection of art, culture, and coastal living.
In Jamaica, Ennismore has partnered with LCH Development Limited on a new luxury project comprising three buildings. Two will house branded residences and private villas, while the third will introduce a 240-key lifestyle hotel—the first Ennismore property on the island.
A modern icon returns
Slated to reopen in late 2025, Delano Miami Beach is undergoing a major renovation in partnership with Cain International.
The refreshed property will include 171 guestrooms and suites—ranging from poolside bungalows to penthouse accommodations—a spa, wellness studio, and a rooftop pool and amenity deck.
Dining will play a key role, thanks a collection of new restaurants and the return of the iconic Rose Bar.
