In partnership with Asset Management Group (AMG), Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has announced the development of the Fairmont Abuja in Nigeria.
To open in 2019, the 270-room luxury hotel will be situated in Abuja’s central business district, which is close to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, the diplomatic and government quarter, and the site of the new International Conference Centre—slated to open in 2018.
In addition to a selection of guestrooms, Fairmont Abuja will feature the Fairmont Residences complex, which will house approximately 50 branded residences. Residents will have full access to hotel amenities.
F&B outlets will encompass an all-day dining concept, lobby lounge, boutique café, pool bar, entertainment bar, and two specialty restaurants.
Additional amenities will include more than 25,800 square feet of meeting and event space, tennis courts, a gym, outdoor pools, and other leisure facilities and services.
