AJ Capital Partners has announced the development of two new Graduate properties in Bloomington, Indiana and Seattle. Both properties will be designed in-house.
The six-story, 150-room Graduate Bloomington will feature approximately 8,500 square feet of indoor-outdoor meeting space, as well as 5,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a fitness center, and corner café. Included among the guestrooms will be nine fully customized suites. A 4,400-square-foot outdoor terrace will overlook Kirkwood Avenue and offer additional views of the nearby Indiana University campus. The hotel is expected to debut in late 2018.
Graduate Seattle
Following the transformation of the former Hotel Deca, the 158-room Graduate Seattle is spread across 16 floors and will open in spring 2018. Renovations will include upgrades to accommodations, common areas, meeting and event spaces, the fitness center, and lobby. The onsite Post Alley Café and the District Lounge will receive a refresh as well. New bars will be introduced in the lobby as well as the rooftop, which will feature indoor-outdoor spaces and provide views of downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier.
