Hard Rock International will make its debut in Costa Rica with the launch of the Hard Rock Hotel Papgayo, Costa Rica. Slated to open in early 2018, the hotel is being developed in partnership with tour operator Sunwing Travel Group, which will assist the Hard Rock brand with expansion efforts in Caribbean and Latin American regions.
The 294-room modern retreat, managed by Blue Diamond Resort, will provide guests with an intimate look at Costa Rica’s biodiversity as well as access to Papagayo’s Gulf and Peninsula. Honoring Hard Rock’s signature style, the hotel will include wellness programs, such as the Rock Spa as well as the Sound of Your Stay amenity program, which offers acoustic therapy through free in-room guitar rentals. The family-friendly property also includes the Teen Spirit and Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club.
Extensive dining options will include an all-day buffet restaurant and four à la carte eateries, including a steakhouse, Asian venue, an Italian trattoria, and globally inspired concept. A swimming pool and open air courtyard will also be featured.
