Hilton Worldwide has opened its first hotel in China’s Hunan Province with Hilton Zhuzhou, owned by Hunan Dahan Group Co. The property is the 32nd Hilton-branded hotel in China.
Standing at approximately 518 feet, Hilton Zhuzhou is the tallest building in the city, where it is part of a mixed-use development with commercial, residential, retail, and entertainment components. Located approximately 30 miles from Changsha Huanghua International Airport, the property sits adjacent to Joy Center Plaza near Jinshan Technology Zone and Suyu Industrial Zone.
The interiors of the hotel’s 368 guestrooms and suites are inspired by Zhuzhou’s cultural heritage and feature views of the Xiang River.
Five F&B concepts include Spices, an all-day dining restaurant with river views; Osteria, the area’s first and only Italian restaurant, which features an open kitchen; Yuxi, a Chinese-inspired eatery with 16 private rooms; Two@2 Bar, a casual lounge on the second floor; and the contemporary lobby bar.
Additional amenities include approximately 32,291 square feet of function space spanning nine meeting rooms and a 13,771-square-foot ballroom that can accommodate more than 1,000 people; a business center; a heated indoor pool; a fitness center; and a full-service spa.
