Hilton has announced the signing of two new projects slated to join its Tapestry Collection in Lima, Peru. The Hotel Bel’Arte Lima and the Hotel Museo de Osma are set to open in 2021 to become the brand’s first global properties. The forthcoming properties will also arrive as part of an eight-hotel development plan aimed at expanding Hilton’s presence in Peru with more than 1,000 keys.
The 117-room Hotel Bel’Arte Lima will be located in San Isidro, the financial district of Lima, and configured to accommodate both business and leisure travelers. The hotel will also boast an onsite art gallery. Located in the cultural district of Barranco, the 86-room Hotel Museo de Osma will open as part of the mixed-use De Osma project, which will be outfitted with a theater, museum, and abundant retail.
