Located more than 3,600 feet above sea level in Gstaad, Switzerland, the former Steigenberger Alpenhotel and Spa will be transformed as the Huus Hotel Gstaad.
Göteborg, Sweden-based design studio Stylt Trampoli has been tapped to craft inviting spaces outfitted to convey both comfort and a sense of adventure. Organic tones and natural, locally sourced materials will reinforce the alpine setting.
The hotel’s 136 guestrooms will feature three different configurations. An onsite Finnish sauna will revel in mountain views and feature an aroma sauna, an ice bath, and a Kneipp hydrotherapy pool. Other facilities include a designated family area and an adventure lounge.
Huus Hotel Gstaad is set to debut this December.
