Aman Group has revealed plans for Janu Turks & Caicos, a forthcoming property that will mark the lifestyle-driven brand’s debut in the Americas.
In development
Currently under construction on the northwest coast of Providenciales, the project sits within an 18,000-acre nature reserve adjacent to the secluded Northwest Point Marine National Park.
Janu Turks & Caicos, set on a stretch of white-sand beach framed by rocky coves and lush jungle, will feature a hotel alongside a limited number of branded residences—all designed to foster a deep connection to nature and community.
The majority of the resort’s residences will be beachfront, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
As with its first outpost, Janu Tokyo, the property aims to redefine hospitality through a socially driven, wellness-forward approach.
Wellness at Janu Turks & Caicos
Janu, meaning “soul” in Sanskrit, emphasizes transformative experiences through connection, movement, and playful expression. The property will encapsulate this ethos with a 164-foot swimming pool; a spa and wellness center outfitted with an IV lounge, meditation studio, and apothecary bar; a variety of culinary venues; and a beach club designed to bring guests together.
Janu Turks & Caicos joins a growing global pipeline for the brand, including developments in Dubai, Diriyah, and AlUla.
