L.E. Hotels has announced the addition of four new international properties to its brand as well as upgrades to five of its other hotels.
The 72-room Hotel Los Gatos in Los Gatos, California is now part of L.E.’s Luxe Collection, and also houses the eatery Dio Deka, the only Greek restaurant in the U.S. to earn a Michelin star. In Moltrasio, Italy, the Art Nouveau-style Grand Hotel Imperiale Resort allows guests to revel in the scenery of Lake Como, and includes a private pier and two restaurants. The spa features a salt cave, a Turkish bath, and an indoor swimming pool.
L.E. is also debuting two new hotels in Portugal. The Hotel Beta Porto brings contemporary energy to Porto, one of the country’s oldest cities. The 120-room property includes six refurbished suites and an outdoor terrace. In Lisbon, the Hotel Principe Real sits nestled into one of the city’s seven hills. Private balconies are featured in all eight guestrooms and 10 suites, offering views of the old neighborhood or the historic St. George Castle.
The company has also renovated the Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel in Beverly Hills, California—the only hotel on the city’s famous Walk of Style. The restaurant and lobby have been revamped into the Luxe Club on Rodeo with a private tasting room and lounge.
The Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa
The Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa in Arizona also got a facelift that took close to 18 months. The new expansion includes 32 additional guestrooms and suites, each styled with a distinct Mediterranean influence. An outdoor venue and garden space were also added to provide guests an additional point of retreat during their stay.
In Willemstad, Curaçao, the Avila Beach Hotel has received updates to all ten of its La Belle Alliance suite apartments. Fully equipped kitchens and open-air patios looking out onto the Caribbean are now a staple of each suite, which range from one to three bedrooms.
Hotel Concordia in Venice renovated several of its rooms and onsite restaurant La Piazetta, updating carpeting and other furnishings in the process.
Finally, the boutique Penn’s View Hotel in Philadelphia, originally built in 1828, has upgraded features of its standard guestrooms, such as area rugs, light fixtures, and wallcoverings. Ongoing renovations are expected to finish this spring.
