Geared toward the mid- to upscale lodging segments, Lexington by Vantage is planning to construct a new Lexington Inn & Suites in Dania Beach, Florida.
The 158-room hotel is owned by a Vantage Hospitality affiliate and will break ground soon near Fort Lauderdale. Designed by locally based David L. Wallace & Associates, it joins a host of more than 30 Vantage-branded locations throughout Florida, along with the Lexington Klapa Resort, which opened earlier this year in Bali.
“This hotel is a fantastic way to create more awareness and continue our growth in our own back yard and nationally,” says Vantage COO and CFO Bernie Moyle. “This property is also a wonderful business opportunity, as its proximity to seaports and Fort Lauderdale’s airport will provide a healthy share of the cruise and business travel markets.”
The hotel lobby will connect to Lexington Loggia—an open-air space for socializing and casual meetings. Additional amenities will include an outdoor pool, meeting space, and a fitness center.
