Luma Hotel Times Square is set to open this fall on 41st Street in Manhattan’s Times Square. Designed by local architect Peter Poon, the all-glass curtain wall façade illuminates the space between two prewar buildings.
Channeling an illumination theme, the property’s ground-floor lobby is designed by San Francisco and New York-based CCS Architecture. The 130 neutral-toned guestrooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows, and chef Jose Garces will introduce the Basque-inspired Ortzi restaurant and bar with ample café-style seating.
