Gemstone Hotels & Resorts has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of the Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills.
“Mosaic enjoys a very discerning clientele, and we were careful to incorporate their suggestions and preferences in all of our renovation decisions,” says Gemstone principal Jeff McIntyre. “The result is a welcoming, design-forward boutique hotel.”
Headed by London-based design firm Luxlo, the 49-room hotel’s revamp features interiors informed by Californian and European design languages, with bright colors, original modern art, and locally inspired silk-embroidered wallcoverings. Guestrooms are equipped with low-slung chairs, while guest baths feature rainfall showerheads and walls decorated with palm trees.
