Upscale Swiss brand Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has completed the signing of a riverside property in the coastal Vietnamese city of Danang. Scheduled to open in 2019, the hotel will be the company’s first in Danang, a former French colonial port, and its sixth in Vietnam.
The hotel is expected to house 150 guestrooms and 354 branded residences to serve the nation’s rapidly growing tourism industry. In addition to riverside accommodations, a range of contemporary amenities will include a signature rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby lounge, café and wine bar, pool bar, and specialty restaurant. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, fitness center, spa and kids’ club, ballroom, and meeting rooms.
