The Mr. C Beverly Hills Hotel is introducing five new private residences, one of which will function as the hotel’s penthouse suite. The four-story, suite-inspired residences mark the first West Coast residences opened by the hotel’s owners, brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani. The residences are also the first additions to the property since its opening in 2011.
With the Venetian-inspired accommodations of the main property serving as a key influencer, architect Ray Kappe teamed up with Mr. C’s original interior designer Marcello Pozzi to create the state-of-the-art abodes. They range in size from 1,900 to 3,358 square feet and include subterranean garage parking.
Clean lines define the geometric, modern structure and seamlessly incorporate the indoor and outdoor spaces. Glass walls and staircases add to the effect, with some units featuring an all-glass dining room. In addition to tile flooring, custom teak and redwood floors, walls, and ceilings are also featured throughout.
The first floors include a living room with a projector and high-tech sound system, as well as a full bathroom. A junior bedroom is found on the second level, while the third floor boasts the kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel countertops. In addition to the master bedroom and bathroom, the fourth floor offers landmark views of Los Angeles from any of its two to four balconies, depending on the unit.
Each unit is furnished with modular white sofas, polished chrome coffee tables, midcentury loungers, and limestone countertops in the bathrooms. California King beds are also a fixture of the residences, complete with a floating platform and a floor-to-ceiling illuminated headboard.
The residences are slated to debut this summer.
