Mr. C is slated to make its Miami debut this spring with the Mr. C Coconut Grove. Set against a backdrop of Biscayne Bay and the Coconut Grove skyline, the forthcoming property will feature a design from local firm Arquitectonica and London-based practice Martin Brudnizki Design Studio that pays homage to Italy’s iconic coastal style, while also channeling elements of a luxury yacht.
All 100 guestrooms and suites will be outfitted with private outdoor terraces. Leather-upholstered blue and caramel headboards and nautical-style dressers will be set against high-gloss timber panels that wrap the interior. Inviting sofas and armchairs in soft blue, pink, and white tones will add a stylish sense of European glamour to the design, which also channels its Florida surroundings. The top floor Bellini Restaurant and Bar will boast an Italian dining aesthetic inspired by the travels of Mr. C’s leaders Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani. The indoor-outdoor concept will evoke Old World Italia as well as the sleek and soothing styles of contemporary Miami.
The rooftop will also be home to a pool and pooldeck appointed with private cabanas and a pool bar. A top-floor ballroom will offer panoramic views for up to 300 guests.
