In May, OKU Bodrum will open along the northern coast of the Bodrum peninsula as an adults-only retreat flanked by mountains and the Aegean Sea.
The 58-room property positions itself as an intimate escape, with every guestroom oriented toward the water and outfitted with private balconies or terraces (many include private or shared pools, too).
Pared back interiors for OKU Bodrum
Architecture for the hotel was led by AEM Architecture, while interiors were conceived by OKU Hotels’ in-house design team. The aesthetic reflects the brand’s signature boho-chic minimalism, pairing earth-toned linens and natural materials with clean, modern lines.
A collaboration with Turkish art curator Begüm Güney introduces sculptural installations and site-specific artworks throughout the property, creating a grounded, meditative atmosphere that’s rooted in place.
Three dining venues anchor OKU Bodrum’s culinary program. Teyo, the brand’s signature Nikkei-inspired concept, unfolds in an open-air setting that references both tropical and Japanese gardens. At the center of the hotel, To Kima restaurant serves Mediterranean fare with a fusion twist in a relaxed poolside environment. The Round Bar, perched on the cove-side jetty, offers meze and craft cocktails against sea views.

Programming at OKU Bodrum
Experiential programming extends beyond the pool and beach, with paddleboarding and snorkeling available directly from the jetty.
Guests can also participate in garden-to-glass workshops that incorporate herbs grown onsite and in the surrounding hillsides, as well as guided hikes and visits to local weaving studios.
The OKU Spa rounds out the wellness offering with a hammam, sauna, fitness area, relaxation lounge, and open-air treatment cabanas set along the shoreline.
