Kerzner International, in partnership with Nolan Reynolds International, is set to unveil One&Only’s second resort and private homes community in the U.S.
Located on a 21-acre site within the Culinary Institute of America’s Hyde Park campus, the forthcoming property draws inspiration from the the pastoral meadows and small-town charm of New York’s Hudson Valley.
The resort will comprise 61 accommodations—including standalone cabins, guestrooms, and suites—alongside a Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie and two distinct dining concepts. Immersive culinary experiences will be offered in collaboration with the Culinary Institute of America.
The Private Homes collection, meanwhile, will comprise exclusive residences that blend the comforts of home with the brand’s signature amenities and service, and will feature fully equipped chef’s kitchens designed for elevated entertaining.
The Hudson Valley property will follow the debut of One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, which is slated to open this November.
